At OSustain Studio, we design architecture that evolves from its context rooted in climate, material, and landscape. Our approach brings together organic spatial thinking and sustainable practices to create spaces that feel natural, responsive, and enduring. We focus on reducing ecological impact, enhancing energy efficiency, and integrating natural elements into every project.

OSustain Studio is a dynamic and creative practice founded in 2024 by Ar. Kaustubh U Konde and Ar. Alilia Silveira Souza. After gaining substantial learning and experience in the field, along with a deep understanding of architecture’s impact on both human life and the environment, the practice was established. The studio is driven by a commitment to create spaces that are meaningful, timeless, and deeply connected to their surroundings.

Our practice undertakes comprehensive architectural services, including interior and landscape design, with a strong focus on the use of natural materials integrated with contemporary design approaches. We also provide sustainable consultancy and eco-building solutions that respond sensitively to climate, context, and environment. Currently, our practice operates from Panjim undertaking projects across Goa and beyond.
